I hereby certify that all the information provided by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and that any misrepresentations or falsity therein will be considered as an act to defraud App and its partners. I authorize App to verify and investigate the above statements/information as may be required, from reasonable sources. I further agree that this application and all supporting documents and any other information obtained relative to this application shall be used by and communicated to ZANDA FINANCIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE) LIMITED Microfinance, and shall remain its property whether or not my credit score is determined, or the loan is granted. 1.The regular submission and disclosure of my basic credit data as well as any updates or corrections thereof; and 2.The sharing of my basic credit data with finical institutions, duly licensed lenders, credit information bureaus, government offices or agencies authorized by law, and duly accredited credit reporting agencies.”
We value online privacy & security while browsing through the App and availing of the Services available on the App. We make every effort to ensure that the information you provide will not be misused. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) would apply to information we collect when you register with App, or when you access or use our App, or avail the Loan and facilities on our App (collectively the "Services" ). Persons using the Services are hereinafter referred to as “Users'' or “you”. By accessing the App, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Contact Person
We need to obtain your contact information. During the loan application process, in order to evaluate your credit, we will ask you to fill in your contact information, including contact name and phone number. Therefore, we will upload your contact information to https://www.moneytappk.com using secure SSL encryption. We will never share your information with any third party. If you wish to remove this information, you can contact our customer service staff on our application and we will remove this data for you.
Images
When the user selects a photo from the phone's photo gallery, the application must access the gallery in the device's media files. This access permission allows you to easily select and upload the images you need in your loan application. Only the photos manually selected by the user will be transmitted to our application in encrypted form. The collected data will be securely uploaded to the security center (https://www.moneytappk.com) and stored in encrypted form. It will be stored there from the date of publication. Publication and download dates are retained for 1 year. We will never collect your photos without your consent. If you want to delete your photo data, you can send a request to customer service at this email: we will delete it manually within 3 to 5 business days. The deletion will remove your data.
Short message
We collect all of your text message data. Specifically, we monitor sender names, descriptions and transaction amounts for credit risk assessments. This allows for faster loan payoffs. No personal text message data is monitored, read, stored or shared. We will upload the SMS data to the Money Tap server (https://www.moneytappk.com) and your data will be protected and confidential.
Call Logs
Once you authorize us to view your call history, we will place a voice call to you. The purpose of collecting call logs is to confirm that you used your cell phone to install our application and receive our dynamic password verification on your mobile device. Specifically, we will monitor your call logs for dynamic password verification records sent by our application. Only with your explicit consent, we will upload and transmit the contents of the call logs to (https://www.moneytappk.com) in a secure network environment. We will never share this data with third parties.
Installed Application Data
Money Tap collects, stores, monitors and uploads to https://www.moneytappk.com metadata about each installed application, including application and package names, installation and update times, all applications installed on your device The version name and version code of the program. We use this information to evaluate your credit worthiness and prevent credit fraud. Money Tap will never share data with third parties without your permission. It is only collected with your consent. Data will be transferred and uploaded over a secure connection (https).
Calendar
It is used to remind you of the payment date and avoid the impact of late payment on your credit. All data will be encrypted and uploaded to our server (https://www.moneytappk.com/ ) per application.
Mobile Phone
Collect and monitor certain information about your device, including name, model, region, language, identifiers, hardware and software information, status, usage habits and unique identifiers (such as IMEI and serial numbers). It is only used to identify your device and ensure that it is not used without your authorization and to prevent fraud. In addition, we will collect a detailed list of your installed applications to assess your debt propensity and debt status. We upload the collected data to Money Tap servers (https://www.moneytappk.com) and provide a high level of protection.
Master Account
Allows Money Tap to upload a user's master account information to perform risk assessments and provide them with pre-approved loan offers. Encrypted uploads to external https://www.moneytappk.com to identify and analyze your behavior and risks, helping to prevent fraud.
Social Account
Allows Money Tap to upload users' social account information to assess risk and provide pre-approved loan preferences. Foreign Crypto Payloads (https://www.moneytappk.com) identifies and analyzes their behavior and risks, promoting fraud prevention.
Place
Collect and monitor computer location information to assess and score risks. We will upload location data to the Money Tap server (https://www.moneytappk.com) and your data will be protected and confidential.
Camera
Use a camera to take documents and/or photographs required for the application and evaluation process. We will upload the camera data to the Money Tap server (https://www.moneytappk.com).
Data Storage
All information collected is stored with a high degree of protection on Money Tap's servers (https://www.moneytappk.com) and will not be shared with third parties.
Document
We may need to collect and use file information to provide you with mobile applications and services, or to comply with legal laws or to retain it. Our data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you. We may also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Subject to this section, we may delete your data upon your reasonable written request. However, you may not be able to use our services after deletion.

All the information that you shall provide us is voluntary, including sensitive personal information. You understand that App may use certain information of yours, which has been designated as ‘sensitive personal data or information’ under the IT Rules for the purpose of providing you the services and for sharing the information only with affiliates who are subject to this Privacy Policy, as will be explained further below.
